- When will I receive my refund?

Once our warehouse receives the return and verifies the contents (typically within 48 hours) a refund will be processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

Yes, Nanit offers a limited 1-year warranty for any products purchased through an authorized retailer.
