Nanit is not a medical device. Nanit is a connected product designed and intended to continuously learn from the data it collects to help you understand your baby’s sleep patterns. It is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease or other condition, including but not limited to, Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). False positive or false negative readings about your baby’s breathing patterns are a potential risk of Nanit. Nanit should not substitute for the care and oversight of an adult or consultation with medical professionals. All Nanit Plus products come with one year of Nanit Insights included, which begins when the hardware and software of the product is paired. Do not pair your product until you are ready for the subscription period to begin. At the end of the first year after the product is paired, the Nanit Insights subscription will renew at the then-current price and be charged to the credit card on file. Customers can opt-out of renewal at any time during the first year, through their account settings. Current prices can be found here. If a customer does not want to use the Nanit Insights included in its purchase, the customer can contact customer support to cancel the subscription, however by cancelling the included subscription, the customer is voiding the subscription and will need to pay the then-current price if customer chooses to re-activate in the future.
